Set up a macro that triggers when Android Auto connects:

Open MacroDroid → Macros → + (Add Macro)
Triggers → Connectivity → Android Auto Connected
Actions → Media → Play Music File
Select the downloaded Travel Dua audio file

Using Bluetooth Trigger

If you don't have Android Auto, use Bluetooth connection as a trigger:

MacroDroid → Macros → + → Triggers → Connectivity → Bluetooth Event
Select your car's Bluetooth device and choose 'Connected'
Actions → Media → Play Music File → Select the dua audio

Place an NFC tag in your car and tap it before driving to start the dua automatically.
